We are looking to hire a full-time HR & Talent Admin to support our People team. This role will report to the Director of People. The right candidate will be responsible for tackling priority tasks for the People and Talent functions. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This is a six-month role, with the opportunity to extend or potentially become a long-term position.

You will

  • Support the People Team with miscellaneous administrative tasks
  • Prepare Contracts and maintain them accordingly
  • HR recordkeeping
  • Manage Data entry into HRIS systems and complete regular data audits
  • Assisting with HR-related inquiries
  • Review applications and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experiences
  • Conduct interview screens with candidates and review their qualifications for the position
  • Schedule candidate Interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the interview process
  • Follow up with internal teams for candidate feedback
  • Handle coordination from offer to onboarding

You Have

  • At least two years of experience in a support role handling confidential information
  • Ability to review and screen candidates to identify key competencies and job-related requirements outlined in the job description
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Prior experience in recruiting, HR administration, or similar roles is a plus.
  • Experience working with HRIS or Recruitment tools
  • Tech Savy
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English
  • Nice to have: Fluent in reading and writing in German
